Dedication: 'To the Honorable the Knights, Citizens and Burgesses in Parliament assembled this Plan is humbly presented with the Fifteenth Report of the Commissioners appointed to enquire into the State and Condition of the Woods, Forests and Land Revenues of the Crown', 28 March 1793.
